Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ¾ cup chopped cauliflower
  • ¼ cup minced parsley
  • ¾ cup cubed Swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen petite peas thawed
  • 1½ cups chopped tomato
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Organic Dressing
  • 1½ cups diced, cooked turkey
  • 4 cups brown rice or brown rice blend

Directions

  1. 1. Cook rice according to package directions, cool. Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.
  2. 2. *In a rush? Use ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked meat.
