Turkey, Cauliflower & Brown Rice Salad

- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ¾ cup chopped cauliflower
- ¼ cup minced parsley
- ¾ cup cubed Swiss cheese
- ¾ cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen petite peas thawed
- 1½ cups chopped tomato
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Organic Dressing
- 1½ cups diced, cooked turkey
- 4 cups brown rice or brown rice blend
- 1. Cook rice according to package directions, cool. Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.
