Ingredients (10)

  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ¾ cup chopped cauliflower
  • ¼ cup minced parsley
  • ¾ cup cubed Swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen petite peas thawed
  • cups chopped tomato
  • cups diced, cooked turkey
  • 4 cups brown rice or brown rice blend
