Vegetable Alpine Dip

- ½ cup radishes
- ½ cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ cup swiss cheese
- 1 packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1. Combine dressing mix, sour cream, cheese, radishes, bell pepper and peas. Cover and chill at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
- 2. Serve in hollowed out red cabbage and surround with fresh vegetables.
