½ cup red bell pepper

½ cup swiss cheese

1 head of cabbage

1½ cups sour cream

1 head of cauliflower, chopped

Step 1Combine dressing mix, sour cream, cheese, radishes, bell pepper and peas. Cover and chill at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.

Step 2Serve in hollowed out red cabbage and surround with fresh vegetables.
