Set the oven to broil, and move the oven rack into the highest position.

In a medium bowl, combine dressing, cheese, and jalapeños. Place bread on a broiler pan or baking sheet and spread dressing mixture evenly over each half.

Broil until lightly brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cut each half into 8 pieces and serve.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LiloAndStitch from A cheesy side This recipe is perfect for using up a stale loaf of bread, as the spicy cheesiness completely overtakes the tastebuds. Because there are some vegetarians in my house, I used the bacon ranch on half the bread and regular ranch on the other; both were delicious!
