Healthy Alternative to Green Bean Casserole
Made this as a side dish this past Thanksgiving. I love green beans but do not like traditional green bean casserole. Not a fan of fried onions and cream of mushroom soup. Used this recipe as inspiration for a warm green bean salad. Followed all instructions including using crumbled bacon and the Hidden Valley seasoning packet but I also added slivered almond, a champagne vinagrette drizzle and parmesan cheese. It was a perfect side with the turkey!

I enjoy eating green beans on their own, but sometimes I want some extra flavor in my meal. Adding the Ranch seasoning shaker to cooked green beans was the perfect flavor to add! Gave it just the lift needed. I didn't add anything else to it because I enjoyed it that way. And I used this as a side dish.
