    Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add cheddar, jalapenos, salsa, red pepper flakes, cumin, and chili powder. Stir well to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken. Top with additional shredded cheese, to garnish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jazz it up a bit I used a taco seasoning packet with the ranch packet, no other spices. Did the salsa, no Jalapenos. Mexican queso Blanco cheese and white cheddar. I did serve it warm with Frito scoops. SO GOOD. I can see using this on top of tacos or enchiladas.
