    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter an 8x8-inch baking pan.

    In a large bowl, combine the cheese, artichoke hearts, soda crackers, seasoning mix, eggs and green onion; stir until well mixed.

    Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost Choked on the Artichoke I just had to try it. Never had artichoke before. It was fair, but the kids seemed to like it. We'll add a bit less green onion next time. Maybe throw in some provolone cheese or something.
