Artichoke Appetizer Squares


Ingredients(7)
- unsalted butter, for greasing 
- shredded mild cheddar cheese - 2½ cups 
- marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 2 jars (6 ounces each) 
- soda crackers (unsalted tops) crushed - 8 
- 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning 
- eggs, beaten - 4 
- minced green onion - ⅓ cup

For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter an 8x8-inch baking pan. 
- 2In a large bowl, combine the cheese, artichoke hearts, soda crackers, seasoning mix, eggs and green onion; stir until well mixed. 
- 3Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
