Asian Pork Lettuce Ranch Wraps

small onion, finely chopped

hoisin sauce

butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed and dried

green onions, thinly sliced

In a large skillet, cook and crumble the pork with the onion over medium-high heat until pork is cooked through and no longer pink, about 4 to 6 minutes. Drain grease and return meat mixture to pan.

Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat until the sauce thickens and the pork is coated, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Spoon pork mixture into lettuce leaves, top with green onions and carrots, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired. Drizzle dressing over each wrap and serve immediately.
