Autumn Ranch Chicken, Walnut and Apple Salad

chopped, cooked chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken
2½ cups
1 cup
dried cranberries
½ cup
walnuts, chopped

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
