Fried Ranch BBQ Breaded Pork Chops

- boneless pork chops (about ½-inch thick) - 6 
- 2 tablespoons 
- eggs - 2 
- 3 tablespoons 
- breadcrumbs - 1 ½ cups 
- olive oil, for cooking

- 1Season the pork chops with 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix and set aside. 
- 2In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with the barbecue sauce. On a plate or in another shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining seasoning mix. 
- 3One at a time, dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, shake off excess, then press into the breadcrumbs on both sides. 
- 4Pour olive oil into a large pan so that it goes about ¼-inch up the sides and set the pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side (you may need to do this in batches). Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
