Broiled Ranch Mushrooms

1 pound medium mushrooms, cleaned
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet
Step 1Preheat broiler and arrange oven rack about 4 inches from the heating element.
Step 2Place mushrooms in a gallon-size Glad® Food Storage Bag.
Step 3In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, ¼ cup water, vinegar, and seasoning mix until dissolved. Pour over mushrooms; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 4Place mushrooms on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet and broil for about 8 minutes or until tender.
