Buffalo Ranch ChickenMeatball Subs

cayenne pepper

buffalo sauce

green onion, chopped

While keeping 3 King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls still attached (per sub), cut out the center of rolls, then bake at 350°F for 5–10 minutes.

To prepare meatballs, mix ground chicken, egg, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning, ½ cup of King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, torn into small crumbs (can use the center of the rolls that were torn out of the the center of the subs), and milk.

Use a large cookie scoop to form meatballs, then place on a nonstick cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes.

Once meatballs are cooked, toss in buffalo sauce.

Assemble subs in toasted rolls with buffalo chicken meatballs, Hidden Valley® Ranch Dressing (drizzled on top), and green onions.
