This hearty casserole is a full course breakfast-in-a-pan
sour cream
3 cups
1 packet
OR 3 tbsp of shaker
thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
6 slices
sliced scallions
½ cup
shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups
shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen

Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*
Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.
Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning,or Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40–45 minutes, until crisp and golden.
Serve warm.
