Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

This hearty casserole is a full course breakfast-in-a-pan. The cheesy potato casserole recipe is layered with hash browns, thick-cut bacon, scallions, cheddar cheese and, most importantly, Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning.

sour cream

1 packet
OR 3 tbsp of shaker
thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
6 slices
sliced scallions
½ cup
shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups
shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning,or Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40–45 minutes, until crisp and golden.
