2 cups shredded, cooked chicken e.g., rotisserie chicken
6 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Bacon Ranch
8 slices buttermilk sandwich bread toasted
4 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato sliced
1 large, ripe avocado sliced
Step 1Stir chicken and dressing together. Spread ½ cup chicken salad on 4 slices of toast. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado and remaining toast, to create sandwiches.
