Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken e.g., rotisserie chicken
  • 6 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Bacon Ranch
  • 8 slices buttermilk sandwich bread toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 large, ripe avocado sliced

Directions

  1. 1. Stir chicken and dressing together. Spread ½ cup chicken salad on 4 slices of toast. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado and remaining toast, to create sandwiches.
