Chicken Bacon Club Sandwiches

- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken e.g., rotisserie chicken
- 6 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Bacon Ranch
- 8 slices buttermilk sandwich bread toasted
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 1 large, ripe avocado sliced
- 1. Stir chicken and dressing together. Spread ½ cup chicken salad on 4 slices of toast. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado and remaining toast, to create sandwiches.
