  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken e.g., rotisserie chicken
  • 8 slices buttermilk sandwich bread toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 large, ripe avocado sliced

    Stir chicken and dressing together. Spread ½ cup chicken salad on 4 slices of toast. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado and remaining toast, to create sandwiches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my favorite sandwiches This was already one of my favorite sandwiches. Easy to prepare. Can be prepared in advance, then just make sandwiches when you want one or two. Using the Hidden Valley Ranch Bacon brings out the great tasting flavor so well. You can add your favorite items or just keep it plain & simple.
