New Crack Chicken Casserole

1½ cups sour cream
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1½ cups panko crumbs or crushed crackers
4 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
Mix together the sour cream, ranch seasoning, soup, bacon, cheese and chicken until well-blended. Stir the panko or cracker crumbs and butter together and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
