1 16-ounce container sour cream
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1 can cream of chicken soup (use cream of mushroom for vegetarian)
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 2-pound bag frozen tater tots
sliced scallions, for garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
Mix together the sour cream, ranch seasoning, soup, bacon and cheese until well-blended. Stir in the frozen tater tots and spread into the baking dish.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until bubbly and golden. If desired, garnish with scallions.
