Yummy!I love corn salads! This one is definitely worth trying. I tweaked mine for my taste preference. I used no salt added super sweet CANNED corn. It's more crisp than frozen. I also omitted the bacon to make it vegetarian. I also added finely chopped celery, green pepper, and a dash of paprika. Yum!
