    In a large bowl, combine corn, onion, cherry tomatoes and turkey bacon. Stir in dressing and season with salt and pepper, tossing until well coated.

    Arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates to make small cups. Spoon corn mixture into each of the lettuce cups; serve chilled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yummy! I love corn salads! This one is definitely worth trying. I tweaked mine for my taste preference. I used no salt added super sweet CANNED corn. It's more crisp than frozen. I also omitted the bacon to make it vegetarian. I also added finely chopped celery, green pepper, and a dash of paprika. Yum!
