1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
½ cup beef broth
Step 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef and dressing mix. Shape mixture into 24 meatballs.
Step 2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; brown meatballs on all sides. Add broth, then reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3Serve warm with toothpicks.
