Game Day Ranch Guacamole


Ingredients(7)
- large Hass avocados, peeled and pitted - 3 
- diced red bell pepper - ¾ cup 
- large Anaheim chile, diced - 1 
- freshly chopped cilantro leaves - ¾ cup 
- 1 packet (1 ounce) 
- fresh lime juice - 7 tablespoons 
- freshly ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

- 1Mash avocados in a large bowl, then stir in bell pepper, chile, and cilantro. In a small bowl, mix contents of dips packet with lime juice and add to the avocado mixture along with the black pepper. 
- 2When you store guacamole, there's a simple trick to keeping the goods from going brown. Put your guac in a bowl, pour lukewarm water over it and cover it tightly with a lid or plastic wrap, like Glad® Press'n Seal® before placing it in the fridge. When you're ready to enjoy it, simply pour the water off.
