Garlic and Herb Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Garlic & Herb Dressing & Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. 2. Trim ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. In a large bowl, toss sprouts with olive oil and Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Garlic & Herb Dressing & Seasoning Mix, coating evenly. Spread sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side facing down.
  3. 3. Bake for 12 minutes. Then, flip Brussels sprouts and cook for an additional 8 minutes, until browned and softened throughout. Serve hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from finally a way to eat them I am not a big fan of Brussel Sprouts. Every now and again I think I should try them again but usually - nope, still don't like them. This recipe makes them much better. I can eat them and not think about how I wished they would disappear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these - best way to eat your sprouts I am bad about eating my veggies, but I love this recipe for Brussel Sprouts. This has such a tangy taste and they are crispy. I have made this recipe and served it as an appetizer or finger food with toothpicks.
