New Jalapeño Ranch Dressing

¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus more if needed
1 jalapeño, stemmed and seeded
¼ cup fresh cilantro (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste with additional lime juice, if needed.
Store the jalapeño ranch in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
