If you’ve never tried a cauliflower crust, you’re in for a tasty surprise. This Ranchified Mediterranean-inspired pie may be lighter on carbs than traditional pizza, but it’s loaded with big, hearty flavors.
9-inch frozen cauliflower pizza crusts

¼ cup
canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup
thinly sliced red onions
¼ cup
shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
⅔ cup

Prepare cauliflower crusts according to package instructions.
Spread 2 tablespoons dressing on each pizza crust. Scatter artichokes, onions and cheese evenly over the tops of each pizza.
Slide the pizzas back into the oven and bake until cheese mixture is melted, approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Let rest for 3 to 4 minutes before slicing; serve warm.
