Onion Pork Rind Dip

- 1 packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup French fried onion
- ¾ cup lightly crushed chicharrones, plus more for garnish
- 1. Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add onion powder, red onions, and French fried onions. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. When ready to serve, stir in the chicharrones and garnish with a little extra on top.
