Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love meatballs My DIL and I make these up using 5 pounds of beef at a time. We add a little extra garlic and onion powder and some shredded cheese. We partially cook them, then freeze them spread out on a cookie sheet. Once frozen we put them in freezer bags and then we can take out the amount we want at a time and pop them in the oven. Great for unexpected company. We like to use Ranch as a dipping sauce for them
