Penne Pasta With Vegetables

1 1-lb package frozen, mixed vegetables thawed
1 1-lb box penne pasta
2 tablespoons sliced almonds or pine nuts, toasted
4 ounces cream cheese cut in cubes
Step 1Cook pasta according to the package directions and drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
Step 2Combine the reserved cooking liquid, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, and cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Step 3Stir the vegetables into the sauce and cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 or until the sauce is bubbly and the vegetables are heated through.
Step 4Fold the pasta together with the sauce.
Step 5Serve immediately garnished with the nuts.
