How to Make Chicken Tostadas
Get fired up for a fiesta with these ranched up chicken tostadas. Wanna add some real cool heat? Kick up the flavor with Hidden Valley® Secret Sauce Spicy.


Ingredients(10)
- store-bought or homemade tostada shells - 6 
- sour cream - ¾ cup 
- 1 tablespoon 
- Leftover Cooked Chicken, Diced or Shredded and Warmed - 3 cups 
- warmed refried beans - ¾ cup 
- iceberg lettuce, cored and shredded - ½ head 
- avocado, pitted and thinly sliced - 1 
- salsa, for garnish 
- sour cream, for garnish 
- fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Steps(3)
- 1Lay tostada shells on a work surface. Mix sour cream, seasoning mix and chicken together and set aside. 
- 2Spread about 2 tablespoons of refried beans on each. Top each with the chicken, some shredded lettuce, avocado slices, salsa and sour cream or Hidden Valley® Ranch Spicy Secret Sauce. 
- 3If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
