green peas (blanched if fresh; thawed if frozen)

shredded cheddar cheese

chopped cauliflower

diced cooked chicken

Make the dressing: stir together the mayonnaise, milk and seasoning packet and set aside.
In a large, wide glass bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, peas, cheese, cauliflower and cooked chicken.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
