boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 lb

whipped cream cheese 8 oz.

Hidden Valley® Black Pepper Parmesan Recipe Mix 1 packet (1 oz.)

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast to skillet and sear on both sides.

Turn heat down to medium-low, and add recipe mix, water and dollops of whipped cream cheese. Cover with lid and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

Remove chicken to a plate. Whisk sauce mixture in skillet until smooth. Return chicken to skillet.
Alternative preparation: Chicken can be shredded before returning to skillet. Stir to distribute sauce. Serve with bread.
Optional: Serve with vegetables.
