Ingredients (6)

  • unsalted butter or margarine 3 tablespoons
  • sweet corn husks removed 4 ears
  • Hidden Valley® Smokehouse Secret Sauce ½ cup
  • grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • lime, quartered 1

    Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

    Rub corn with oil and place on the grill or pan, turning corn so all sides are charred, about 6 to 10 minutes. Remove and brush with Hidden Valley® Smokehouse Secret Sauce.

    Top with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with lime quarters to squeeze over corn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mexican Street Corn Here's the deal the mexican street corn is amazing. I would have never though to try it until my friend Jordan recommended it. I personally love it. It is grilled but still has the good flavor it should. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and rcomend it to anyone who comes acroos it.
