Spicy Ranch Corn Dip

Ingredients (5)

  • 1 16-oz. container sour cream
  • 1 15-oz. can whole sweet corn kernels, drained
  • 112 teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
  • Tortilla chips and vegetables, for serving

Steps (2)

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, mix the sour cream, canned corn and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix until well blended. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Step 2
    Serve with tortilla chips and cut vegetables.

    For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great dip for corn chips! Tried this in advance to decide if it went on the Super Bowl menu...it passed with flying colors! Have to admit I did spice it up a bit with hot sauce, but that's just me. It tasted great without it, I just like spicy!
