Turkey Ranch Pinwheels

1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 12-inch (burrito-size) soft tortillas
⅓ pound thin-sliced turkey
5 large or 8 small romaine lettuce leaves
In small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix and cheese until well-combined.
Lay tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over all four tortillas. Layer with turkey and 1–2 lettuce leaves each.
Roll the tortillas up tightly to enclose the ingredients. Cut each roll gently, seam-side down, into about 6 slices.
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
