Turns out, at-home peanut sauce is surprisingly simple to make. Start with some creamy peanut butter, mix in water, apple cider vinegar and some ranch seasoning, and there you have it. Thai-inspired flavor in no time.
We’re especially proud of this one. The tartness of the orange juice concentrate balances out perfectly with the Dijon mustard and ranch dressing. Serve on it’s own or on top of a salad for a light meal on a hot day.
