Ranch Ground Turkey Stir Fry

low-sodium soy sauce

packed brown sugar

cornstarch
1 tbsp
cooked rice, for serving

In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil until hot but not smoking.

Add the ground turkey and Garlic Ranch seasoning mix and sauté, stirring to break it apart, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the empty pan, add the remaining oil. Add the broccoli and peppers and cook, covered but stirring often, until crisp-tender, about 5–7 minutes. Season the vegetables with pepper, to taste.

While the vegetables are cooking, stir ½ cup water with the soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. Add the turkey to the cooked vegetables along with the soy sauce mix and stir to combine.

Cook for another 1–2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened. Serve hot with rice. Drizzle with Yum Yum dressing, if desired.
