Fix the bottles please
With 2 adults and 2 children in our house, we have bought many, many bottles of your Ranch dressing over the years and use it on many things. But seriously - what is the problem with the pour spout insert in the bottles over the past few months?? We have purchased both the regular and the large size bottles, from different stores, and keep having the same problem: the pour spout comes off and gets stuck in the cap. And then we end up wasting a huge amount of the Ranch dressing when it comes pouring out in large quantities with no warning. This is a waste of money. We will be looking at other brands for a replacement.

The Best Ranch Dressing
Hidden Valley is the only Ranch Dressing I use. I use it plain for salads but I also use it for dips One really good dip is to put a couple jalapeno (take most of the pulp and seed out, unless you want it very hot) in a food processor, I add some garlic, pepper and this makes a great dip for chips, veggies. Great on Grilled Potatoes.

The original Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing is a staple in my home. We use it for salad . We use it to dip veggies in and our favorite Is we make a homemade chicken bacon ranch pizza . This is the sauce for it . It is all 4 people In my families favorite . There's on one salad dressing on our dinner table .

Broken top
I have bought and at least 10 bottles of hidden Valley Ranch dressing and at least six of them have been with a defective top. They are supposed to come with a small pour spout in the top but the pour spout comes off with a spinning top. This inturn leaves is a wide mouth that was a lot of ranch flow out of the bottle. When you try to put the correct top back on the bottle it does not and here is self correctly I have had many problems with the bottles please correct this problem. Please send me a corrected bottle and corrected top. The current borrow I have the top has broken off completely due to the defective pour spout. I am very dissatisfied with the bottle production quality.

Tried regular ranch, new recipe
I recently purchased the regular ranch and it said new recipe. I just have to say it's absolutely disgusting. It tastes like straight mayonnaise. Idk if someone with covid lost their taste buds and became their chef for updating the recipe but omg. Such a disappointment. Please reconsider this new recipe. I've been buying your ranch for over 40 years and this was so awful.. it could make a person hate ranch.
