Sauteed Creamy Ranch Zoodles

zucchini or zucchini spirals
olive oil
cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt

Use a spiralizer to make your own zucchini noodles, or buy them already spiraled. Warm olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. When the oil is shimmering, add the zoodles and cook, stirring often, for a few minutes, until softened.

Add a spoonful of cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt (just a touch to make it slightly creamy), and a generous pour of Hidden Valley™ Original Ranch™ Seasoning Shaker. Stir until the cream cheese and seasoning has been incorporated. Serve warm.
