    Evenly layer vegetables in each of four salad dishes. Spoon dressing on top of each salad or in between each layer. Top each serving with croutons, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from To Layer or Not To Layer - That is the Question I loved the salad and thought it looked beautiful, but found it hard to get down to the bottom layer to get all the flavors to meld together. I put it in a bowl and mixed it all together and enjoyed it better that way.
