THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

    Place potatoes in a 1-gallon-size Glad® Zipper Bag and add oil; seal bag. Toss to coat.

    Add seasoning mix and toss again until coated. Bake in ungreased baking sheet for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.

The potatoes are not just for dinner time but can be eaten at breakfast time with eggs, bacon, sausages or any type of meat that you prefer or not. Plus they want them almost every weekend during the winter & on the grill in the summer. If we have leftovers it’s a rarity. I do find it helps a LOT if I use parchment paper so the potatoes don't stick and I always stir them a couple times while cooking. I've also found that I like to add way more ranch then the recipe calls for because we LOVE to actually taste the ranch flavor! Other then making in the over, I've also made in the air fryer which is so much easier and doesn't heat up the kitchen like the oven does.
