lemon juice, plus more to taste 2–3 tablespoons
celery stalks, diced 2
raisins ½ cup
pecans, roughly chopped ½ cup
mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

In a large bowl, add the apples and lemon juice and mix to combine. Add celery, raisins and pecans.
