Ingredients (8)

  • broccoli florets 1 cup
  • cheese tortellini 1 package (10 ounce)
  • small red onion peeled, diced 1
  • Leftover Cooked Chicken, Turkey, or Ham, Diced cups
  • parsley 3 tablespoons
  • medium tomatoes stems and seeds removed, diced 5
  • shredded Parmesan ⅓ cup

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and let cool.

    In a large bowl, add the tomatoes, chicken, broccoli, onion,cheese, and dressing and toss with enough of the dressing to coat evenly. Serve garnished with parsley.
