Such a great take on taco tuesday
I was iffy at first on the idea of taco soup. My mom was actually the one who sent me the recipe and insisted on me making it. I went to the market and gathered all the ingredients and started cooking. I was very pleased with the outcome! You can even change the meat from chicken to beef if you want a more traditional taco feel for your soup. If you want a great, filling, warm dish, this is the perfect one to make! It's all the greatness of a taco but in a bowl instead of a shell.

Easy to make
Along with recipe I added a pack of taco seasoning and for can of tomatoes I used 2 cans of Rotell tomatoes and green chili's and an extra can of black beans. I put everything in crockpot and added 8oz cream cheese cut and put on top to melt down as it cooks. Cook low 6 to 8 hours. So yum!

Easy and delicious
I have made this a few times and it is very easy to make and delicious. I also add half a pack of taco seasoning for even more flavor because we like a stronger taco taste. Everyone in my family loves it and it’s easy to double or triple for large gatherings and parties and it heats up well the next day.
