Mustard on fish ..oh my!
When I get off work, I love to eat a fresh, delicious, healthy piece of salmon for dinner. I generally just broil it or bake it with a hint of lemon but tried this recipe and while I enjoyedthe pop of ranch, I did not like the mustard. It made it too bitter for me.

Love this salmon
I like my salmon with a little bit of a crunch - I had some sour cream and onion chips and added a few cracked ones to the outside and it was sooo good!
