Steps (3)

THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  2. 2
    In a small bowl, stir the seasoning mix with a dash of paprika. Season the chops on both sides with salt and pepper; then sprinkle on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
  3. 3

    Place a rack in the middle of a baking sheet. Arrange the chops on top. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once, until browned or an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Serve immediately.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A little Parmesan and heaven Good starting recipe, however, I added 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and browned on medium high in a skillet with 2 Tbs. of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Set the oven for 325 degrees and stuck my meat thermometer in it. When it got to 130 degrees (approx 15-20 minutes. Flipped them and cooked them until 160. Turned out moist with great flavor and the cheese created a light crust on the outside of the meat. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and french bread with an olive oil/herbs dipping sauce.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Single Guy...... Pretty good recipe.... Only thing that made me nervous was cooking a one inch chop for twenty minutes...... Added ten more minutes to the cooking time...... Instead of 450 I cooked it on 425 for fifteen minutes each side........... Turned out pretty good for the effort involved in cooking time....... A recipe I will add to my list........
