Great Sliders....But, Am I nuts?
Ok...am I crazy? Nowhere on the ingredients list do I see onions. Yet, the first thing in the instructions is to combine beef, seasoning mix, ONION, and pepper.... (I automatically add onion to any burger I make, but I found this odd!)
It does taste delicious with the onions. Ha ha

I have been making these for years but I add onions sauteed in butter and garlic and serve on a soft warm sesame seed bun. It is a family favorite.
