Great Salad!

Delicious!!
Simply but this salad is absolutely delicious!! Where has it been all my life? I am so in love with this one! I have even tried with a few different ranch flavored dressings. You just cant go wrong! The avocado will help fill you up also. I love it!

Great - Especially If You Love Bacon
My friends and I LOVE bacon (and avocado)! So naturally this recipe was perfect for us. It is great for a summer picnic, as you can make it ahead and store it in the fridge! We sometimes add a little jalapeno for some heat as well!
