    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to foam, then whisk in flour until smooth and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk in the milk and seasoning mix and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat, stir in the cheese until melted, then add the cooked pasta, mixing thoroughly. Serve hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELICIOUSLY EASY....AND FUN!!!! This is so easy to make and, of course, it is Delicious. It is a fun recipe to make with children whether for fun, to teach or both. We made the pan into 4 sections, each with a different accent. One was as directed, the second was with Mexican cheese blend added, the third was with Munster Cheese slices added and the fourth we added Bacon Bits. The kids liked this and were eager to try the different tastes when it was completed.

This was a very simple recipe to make and I wanted it to be a complete dinner and not just a side dish so I sprayed a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and I made the Ranch Mac'n Cheese - Creamy Recipe as directed and then put it in the sprayed casserole dish, added a 1/2 of a cup of seasons bread crumbs that I mixed with one tablespoon of Hidden Valley Ranch Homestyle Seasoning, and spread it evenly over the top of the dish, then I took two tablespoons of butter and dropped little pieces of the butter all over the top. I turned the oven to bake and preheated it to 350 degrees. I put the casserole in the oven and baked it for 40 minutes until the top was golden brown and the sides of the dish were bubbling a little bit. I served it with a salad and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. YUMMMMM....
