We wanted grilled food since it was so cold out, and nothing says summer time fun eating like this recipe!
I made this recipe as written and it was delicious! Then for a twist, I also added mushrooms, multi-colored bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Turned out great!

Fast impression
I forgot I had to go to a gatherin and needed to bring something! These were so easy to make and they looked like I took hours to do. The flavor was a little lighter than I like that is why I have it 4 out of 5 but I will make these again!

Chicken kabobs
I brined b the chicken with the seasonings overnight, and work sick a fast cook time, was able to whip up a quick after work meal even my kids loved. Anything that has a sharp stick with meat attached is a win win for the boys..lol

Herbal Heritage and a correction...
My dear late mother used to say "rosemary for remembrance" when she used it in recipes. For the life of me, I can't remember why she said that...ba dum bump...but this recipe reminded me of her. FYI, everybody, "kabob" does not mean skewer in Arabic. As usual, we Americans got the words wrong. "Shish" means skewer, "kabob" means roasted meat (such as goat, sheep, beef, or even camel. Technically, this recipe should be called Rosemary-Ranch Shish Tawouk...chicken on a skewer.
