Pot roast my way from
Great base
I did this two weeks ago with just the ranch and beef broth then did it today with beefy onion soup mix in water with three bay leaves then ranch on the meat... hands down much better

A family favorite
I usually make this for dinner a few times a month. It is very easy to make and the meat and vegetables come out tender and delicious. I like to add onions and cabbage to this and it's always a hit with my family.

Mouth watering
We had this a couple of days ago as a family dinner. This was so delicious. The meat was tender and very juicy. They flavor went into not only the meat but also the potatoes and carrots. Would really recommend making this.

wonderful flavor
I wanted to make a Sunday post roast today, and I will be honest I had a little misgiving about using ranch seasoning on it, but I went ahead with it anyway, Wow!!! I am so very glad I did, it totally amped up the flavor of a plain old pot roast. we liked it so much that, as I only made a small pot roast enough for one meal I am currently making a second so we can have it again tomorrow

The roast was flavorful and tender. The carrots and potatoes cooked until perfection - I added a sliced onion for flavor as well. The preparation was simple and this one pot meal served us a yummy, quick clean up dinner!

Tender and juicy
I have been cooking my slow cooker pot roast using this recipe for a long time. When I have friends and family over to enjoy it with us, they always ask If I would share the recipe.
They don't believe how easy it is using Hidden Valley Ranch.

Cooking time
The recipe indicates one hour per pound. My roast (small) was two pounds and it took close to four hours to become tender. Tasted great as did the potatoes and carrots.
