Quick and Easy. I'm thinking you could do hashbrowns with this also. Make a dip of with sour cream and mayo, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, ground cumin, tiny bit of salt.

Holy cow!! These are good. If you love potato chips, especially with Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, then you will be floored by these Sweet potato chips with HDV added for seasoning. Easy to make , taste great
