It happens to the best of us: the clock strikes 5:00 p.m., the kids are home from school, and dinner is still a mystery. Dallas mom Holly Homer has faced the same challenge, despite the best of intentions. And, with her family in mind — which includes three growing boys — fun and nutritious dishes are at the top of her search for mealtime inspiration.
In the next video in our series, Holly rises to the challenge by putting a twist on dinner: breakfast for the evening meal. Inspired by an image she found on Pinterest, she and her family cook together. They each create their own mini omelet cups, using a muffin tin and ingredients she had in the fridge, including fresh vegetables, meats and cheeses.
After her family selects their favorite ingredients, she fills each cup with eggs seasoned with Hidden Valley® Seasoning Mix. Just a few minutes of oven time later, Holly and her family sit down to a simple dinner that allows them to spend more time together around the table.
Try putting your own twist on dinner, with quick and easy solutions to create special moments around the table with your family.
