Sooooooo GOOD!!!
This recipe for hidden Valley creamy ranch beef and noodle dish is one of my absolute faves!! After making this dish for my family the first time they’ve requested it literally at least once a week. Usually after having had a dish that many times in a row you get sick of it but no not this dish.

Super quick and east
Kid friendly, whole family approved! This is definitely going into our rotation. I wanted it a little creamier so i added an additional half cup of sour cream. PERFECTO!

So convenient
This tasted just like a beef stroganoff recipe my mother made when I was growing up. The advantage to this is no mushrooms which my husband doesn't like. We both enjoyed this very much.

Very good recipe. I made it exactly how the recipe recommended. Except I added a cup of frozen peas at the end. Came out fabulous. So good, we ate all of it before I could take a picture! Next time I may substitute cheese tortellini for the egg noodles.

So yummy but so simple.
This is great. the taste is so amazing but it was so easy to make. after a long day at work, it came together in minutes but it tasted like I had spent all day. And my family loved it. The granddaughter said it was her new favorite... but everything I have made from this site is her new favorite. Thank you for yet another family favorite...

Great comfort food
Haven’t had egg noodles in some time so decided to make this last night good stuff!
I added mushrooms and simmered the beef onions and mushrooms much longer for super tender beef pieces, cooked for couple hours on low then added the mushrooms for another hour. So creamy and good

Quick & Tasty!
I love the simplicity of this recipe and how fast it comes together. I did add some chopped mushrooms and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce. I think I'll add some fresh mushrooms next time I make it.
